Tests ChatGPT
can't solve.

Upload your reading packet, lecture notes, or textbook chapter. We generate a quiz from your material — then put it through GPT-5.2 to make sure it can't answer it. What's left is a test only your students can pass.

Drop in your reading packet — not the textbook, your version. We write a quiz from your material — typed in front of you. Then we hand it to ChatGPT and watch it pick the wrong answer. What's left is a question only a student who read your packet can answer.

Hard for the model.
Fair for the student.

Every question is anchored in your packet. Distractors stay symmetric. The trick is never the trap — it's the source.

Fair for your students

Wrong answers are similar in length, tone, and confidence — so a student who studied still recognizes the right one. The trick is in the source, never the trap.

Built around your materials

You upload course readings, your own notes, your handouts. We never ask for student work, and we don't store any.

A prep period, not a weekend

Most quizzes go from upload to printable in five to ten minutes. Review what you want, ship the rest.

So this catches students using ChatGPT?
No — and we want to be straight with you about that. CatchGPT doesn't look at student work at all. What it does is write quizzes that GPT-5.2 can't easily solve, so a student who tries to shortcut with AI just gets wrong answers.
What does GPT-5.2 actually do here?
Think of it as a stand-in for the smartest student trying to cheat. We give it every multiple-choice question and ask it to pick A, B, C, or D. If it gets the right answer, we rewrite the question to be harder — up to 8 times. If it's still getting it right after 8 tries, we flag that question on your answer key.
Do I have to write the questions first?
No. You upload your reading packet, chapter, or notes. CatchGPT writes the questions for you, from your source. You pick the topics, length, and difficulty — you don't have to draft anything.
What kinds of questions can it write?
Multiple choice, short answer, and passage-based questions. True/false and matching are coming soon. Only multiple choice gets the GPT-5.2 stress test today — the others are screened for difficulty in a different way.
Is my students' data safe?
We never see student data — we only ever look at the materials YOU upload. No student names, no answers, nothing of theirs touches our system.
How do I give the quiz to my class?
Print it, or save it as a PDF and share however you normally do. Answer key prints with it. Google Forms export is on the way.
