Terms of Service.

These terms govern access to CatchGPT, a private generator for educator source materials and reviewable quiz drafts.

Last updated April 30, 2026 Contact: contact@catchgpt.ai

1. Access

CatchGPT access is available only after consultation and manual account setup. We may approve, deny, suspend, or remove access when needed for security, misuse, nonpayment, or fit with the service.

2. Your Materials

You are responsible for the files, prompts, and instructions you upload. You must have the right to use course materials with CatchGPT and should not upload student records, protected personal information, or confidential third-party materials unless a written agreement specifically permits that use.

3. Generated Outputs

CatchGPT generates quiz drafts, answer keys, rationales, and review signals. Outputs may contain errors, ambiguity, unsuitable distractors, or inaccurate assumptions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any material before classroom, district, or public use.

4. No Guaranteed AI Resistance

CatchGPT tests multiple-choice drafts against configured AI models and flags weaker items. We do not guarantee that any question will defeat every AI system, future model, prompt style, search tool, or student workflow.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use CatchGPT to violate law, school policy, intellectual property rights, or privacy obligations.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, security checks, or account restrictions.
  • Do not upload malware, illegal content, exploit code, or materials intended to harm other people or systems.
  • Do not resell, scrape, benchmark at scale, or reverse engineer the service without written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

CatchGPT uses third-party infrastructure and AI providers to operate the service. Their availability, processing behavior, model output, and pricing may affect CatchGPT. We are not responsible for outages or changes outside our control.

7. Billing and Purchases

Commercial terms, seat counts, credit amounts, trials, invoices, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and district procurement details are handled by separate written agreement or invoice. Account access may be limited if billing terms are not met.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for promptly contacting us if you believe an account is compromised. You may reset your password from the log-in page; other sensitive account changes may be handled through support.

9. Service Changes

We may change models, prompts, features, limits, pricing, vendors, or availability as the product evolves. We may also pause the service for maintenance, security response, abuse prevention, or vendor issues.

10. Disclaimers and Limits

CatchGPT is provided as an educational workflow tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms, account access, purchasing, or data requests should be sent to contact@catchgpt.ai.

These terms are a production-ready starting point for the site, but they should be reviewed by counsel before paid launch or district procurement.
